Management Accountant - Up to £35,000 per annum My client, an international manufacturer based in south Leicestershire, is currently recruiting an experienced Management Accountant to join their growing team. The role is brand new, so not only is the company growing but you can also come in and make it your own Key responsibilities will include: Coaching, 121's and mentoring a team of two. Responsible for all budgeting and forecasting tasks within the business. Driving the performance of the business through various analytical tasks. Producing the reports for the board pack. Assisting with the year end audit, liaising with the external auditors in the process. End to end preparation of the monthly management accounts Accruals, prepayments, journals, etc. You will be/have: Qualified/Finalist in ACCA/CIMA (Study Support offered) 3 years' experience working in finance Have a can do attitude and strong problem solving skills He able to work closely and build relationships with both finance and non-finance stakeholders If the above sounds like you and you enjoy working in a role that offers breadth where most days are different, please apply now for immediate consideration.
