Head of Sales - Electrical - £50K £16K OTE Ambitious organisation with plans to grow Fully Expensed Company Car, Mobile, Laptop & Pension Manage a team of sales professionals The Role : The successful candidate will be managing a team of field sales and internal sales professionals. There will be an element of client facing sales, attending joint visits with the team, selling a range of electrical products, and tools, into OEM'S (manufacturing) and electrical contractors/installers via electrical wholesale accounts across the South of the UK. You will be predominantly office based in the South East, responsible for mentoring and developing the team, driving new business opportunities and improving the account management function. Our client is rapidly expanding so it is an exciting time to join and become an integral part of the business as it grows in the coming years. The Company : Since being established over 25 years ago, our client now boasts a £multi-million UK turnover. Our client is a leading supplier of electrical cables, accessories, and tools for the Manufacturing and Construction industries. They are now looking to expand their operations by recruiting a new Head of Sales to coach and develop the sales team. For this role, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria: Electrical industry experience Must have managed a field sales team Driven, Credible, Motivational character The Package: £50,000 basic salary £66,000 OTE Choice of Company car or Car Allowance Mobile, laptop, healthcare, pension, 22 days holiday plus bank holidays Location: Milton Keynes, Hitchin, Aylesbury, Hemel Hempstead, Stevenage
