We're looking for a candidate to this position in an exciting company. Work towards increasing the quality of all games in production Manage the design team across multiple projects Mentor junior members of the design team Plan an ongoing development to facilitate the improvement of the team Work with other departments and the player community to use different viewpoints to deliver the best game possible Significant experience in a design role in the games industry Have worked on five or more shipped products Experience of managing teams Experience of working on multiplayer, multi-platform projects Experience of working with evolving technologies
