Overview
We're looking for a candidate to this position in an exciting company. As a Head of Computer Science you will be taking responsibility for the ICT team and becoming part of the middle leadership team at the school. Your responsibilities will include providing strategic leadership and management of the faculty, to ensure continuous improvement and development of your subject. You will be given all the training and CPD material you need to help you maximise your potential as a teacher and go on to become a consistently 'Outstanding' practitioner. You will be able to motivate those you work with and tackle new situations with confidence. The perfect Head of Computer Science will be able to deliver lessons that can engage all types of learners and increase passion and commitment in their school. You will posses an approachable attitude and an excellent team work ethic.
