Overview

We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company. You will oversee a senior team including finance and operations; And you will have autonomy of the direction of the brand, acquisition, investment, planning and expansion. Open minded and progressive – An individual who values creative & loyal employees Someone who is dedicated to maintaining the essence of the brand while taking a dynamic approach to growth - looking a unique and new pathway for growth Strong experience of branded restaurants or bars as well as proven experience in a growth lead environment Strong knowledge of Operations at a senior level Strong knowledge of overall finance (qualification not necessary) but ability to manage a Head of finance and take lead on investment, acquisitions and commercial viability.
