Head of Learning & Development
Overview
We're looking for a candidate to this position in an exciting company. The Head of Learning will need to work closely with the global group finction to align local and regional strategy and ensure that the UK & Ireland processes, policies and procedures are consistent. They will then need to take a creative and innovative approach to projects such as how the organisation is delivering its graduate level training offerings, designing bespoke market specific development programmes, supporting the business to identify and assess competencies and combat skills gaps, partnering with leadership to provide a range of coaching and leadership development opportunities, succession planning and creating and developing personal development plans. Successful candidates will need to have experience designing, developing and delivering learning programmes for a variety of functions, markets and though a range of channels. Experience operating within a large, matrix environment is also key as it the ability to lead an L&D team and engaged with all levels within an organisation.
