My client is one of the leading providers of waste management and resource solutions across the region. With over 25 years’ experience in the waste management industry, they are proud of the service they provide to their customers. They are looking for a Business Development Manager to join their team in the Manchester area. Manchester field based (M1-7, M15, M50) Permanent Monday-Friday, working hours between 8am-6pm £18k-£22k annual salary Commission available from 3 different streams - OTE £24k-£28k Full time hours Company car 20 days holiday and statuary pension The Role: Business development (B2B) Managing accounts Monthly targets - £20k per month on new business Contacting clients mainly within the high street Sales - hold meetings or phone calls with potential clients Have a good understanding of the business and what they offer Organise and hold meetings Opportunities to train team members Carry out sales forecasts and analysis in relevant meetings The Candidate: Minimum 1 years’ experience in business development Excellent customer service experience B2B experience, minimum 1-2 years Must hold a Full UK License Excellent organisational skills Must have great time keeping A positive can do attitude Must be resilient and confident The client are looking to recruit quite quickly on this position so if you are interested and have all the relevant experience please submit your CV through.
