Blueprint Recruitment Solutions has opportunities for this year's graduates to join our existing teams of graduates at our offices in Fareham, close to Portsmouth, Whiteley and Wickham. These positions will be ideal for new graduates who want to start a career job when their degree is finished. You will be working in a team of thirty graduate Recruiters on the waterside Cams Hall Estate business park on the edge of Fareham and full training will be provided. You won't need any previous experience to apply for these roles. We will provide you with full recruitment training and mentoring, great prospects for career progression and a friendly environment where you will be working with like-minded individuals . We are looking for individuals who are excellent on the telephone and have a good work ethic and an enthusiastic personality. You should be competitive, ambitious and determined to succeed. You will be paid a good basic salary and will also earn commission and bonuses, so you will soon build up an impressive income.
