Anstey Wallpaper Company is the largest contract wallcovering printer in the United Kingdom and they produce for the Walker Greenbank brands. The Role As the Account Manager you will be responsible for delivering the sales strategy of the business through the generation of new sales opportunities along with the growth management of existing relationships. Key Responsibilities: Working within the Sales Department, this management position will drive sales activities and deliver the growth expectations of the business. The role will maintain the highest standards of representation and reputation. Management of selected accounts, covering all aspects of the relationship. These aspects to include sales generation, commercial arrangements, customer service excellence, quality assurance and range development. To maintain and build strong customer relationships across all departments from the executive level through purchasing, creative, QC and warehousing. To continually seek to establish new customer relationships. To analyse and advise on market trends, identifying opportunities for growth and product development. If you would like to be considered for the Account Manager opportunity, you will have the following skills and experience: Extensive knowledge of the wallcovering industry. Extensive knowledge of wallcoverings manufacturing processes. Extensive knowledge of wallcovering sales practices. Proven track record in wallcovering sales growth. Willingness & ability to travel regularly to engage directly with customers. Proven commercial acumen - business communications, quotations & proposals. Ability to inspire and lead those around you. Knowledge of current computer assisted wallcovering development processes. In depth knowledge of current computer packages including Microsoft Office.
