Sales - Bespoke e-Learning Solutions - Digital Learning Home Based - Brighton Office, Home Counties Permanent £50,000 100% OTE Co Car availability Excellent Benefits A global provider of next generation eLearning products, platforms and services and who creates cutting-edge digital learning platform solutions focussed on specific performance requirements to enhance your organisation is looking for a Sales Client Director to manage and enhance revenues from existing accounts whilst seeking out new name business. The focus is on Forbes top 1000 clients so being able to leverage a contact network in this area is highly advantageous. Main Tasks & Responsibilities Sales - Bespoke eLearning Solutions will: • Prospect for potential new high end clients and turn this into increased business. • Reach out as appropriate within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities. • Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization. • Research and build relationships with new clients. • Work to develop proposals that speak to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives. • Participate in pricing the solution/service. • Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends. • Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and idea that will lead to an increase in sales. • Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met. • Track and record activity on accounts and help to close deals to meet these targets. • Work with marketing staff to ensure that prerequisites (like prequalification or getting on a vendor list) are fulfilled within a timely manner. • Research and develop a thorough understanding of the company’s people and capabilities. Essential Skills & Experience Sales - Bespoke eLearning Solutions will have: • Strong sales experience within the eLearning industry, designing bespoke E-Learning proposals that suit the client's needs, and are of a value in excess of 100K (GBP) is essential. Other desirable skills and qualifications • Bachelor's degree or equivalent • Networking, Persuasion, Prospecting, Public Speaking, Research, Writing, Closing Skills, Motivation • French, Dutch or German language speaker also useful.
