Overview
IT Digital Tester Location: Brighton Salary: £30-35,000 Working with an award-winning provider of investment in the heart of Brighton, just a 10 minute walk from the station and a stone's throw away from the beach. The purpose of this role is to provide testing activities within the IT Digital Team. We are looking for a Digital Transformation champion who has the knowledge and understanding of IT Digital platforms. Responsibilities: You will be responsible for the functional testing of the IT Digital Assets Creating and maintaining test assets including; test cases, defect reports and progress reports Work in conjunction with automation testers to develop and maintain a suitable level of automated regression tests to cover the IT Digital Assets Identify new tools, tech and practices that support the continued programme of change, development and growth Skills, experience and knowledge required: A good understanding of browser and device testing using the appropriate tools ( e.g. Browserstack ) A good understanding of EA legislation, W3C standards and usability testing A good understanding of security practices and OWASP guidelines ISEB/ISTQB Foundation accredited Sound knowledge of Software Development Lifecycles and experience in working within an Agile environment Good knowledge of digital technologies and drive for self-improvement to expand on current knowledge Benefits: A generous bonus scheme (dependant on role) 25 days paid holiday, plus bank holidays One paid day a year to volunteer at a local charity of your choice Healthcare, life assurance and pension contributions Training, team building and management development programmes Enhances maternity, paternity and adoption leave If you enjoy working as part of an inclusive, diverse team and want to play a pivotal role in a successful digital transformation, we would love to hear from you Shortlisting now, apply ASAP to avoid disappointment InterQuest Group is acting as an employment agency for this vacancy.
