The Role Coaching, developing, motivating and leading a team of talented sales professionals Managing the pipeline and ensuring continued growth Continuously identify opportunities for customer development and revenue growth Creating and executing an effective sales strategy for your team The Person Degree level educated or substantial relevant sales experience preferably within the cloud contact centre sector Significant experience of leading a sales team Demonstrable experience of closing a number of significant and successful client deals Substantial experience in the SaaS or equivalent industry Able to demonstrate balancing both company and customer requirements
