Overview
We’re looking for an experienced Operations Manager who is as passionate as us about promoting access to justice. This is an exciting opportunity to join the senior management team of the award-winning South West London Law Centres. We currently help more than 8,000 people a year to access justice and uphold their everyday rights; by providing specialist legal advice on social justice issues including housing, employment, debt, social security and immigration. This new role will provide the right candidate with an opportunity to develop their skills within the organisation, and would suit someone looking progress their career in administration and management. About the role Job title: Operations Manager Job term: Permanent Hours: Full-time or part-time, subject to negotiation Salary: Up to £33,000 per annum full-time (pro rata for part-time) Pension: 4% employer pension contribution Leave: 29 days (including public holidays) Probation: 6-month probation period Location:Croydon, with travel to our other branch offices as needed.
