OVERVIEW Based in East Midlands and Paying excellent basic and/or commission to Fire and Security sales people ( Excellent Car Scheme too). They thrive on customer service excellence and have a 97% 1st fix rate so their engineers can support your promises and do an excellent job fixing Fire and Security Systems across the UK for the customers you bring in and generate as National Accounts. Once you win account then you can manage and they wont get taken off of you PERSON Fire & Security Sales people and Business Development Managers who have established relationships or can bring in business customers wanting their Fire and Security Systems upgraded, maintained or Serviced. You may be experienced selling to National Accounts, retail chains, multisite busienssses, hotels, etc MUST have experience selling Fire and Security, Fire Alarm Systems, CCTV, Intruder Alarms, Access Control, Electronic Security type services already REWARDS/ BENEFITS Earnings £35,000 - £100000 (Uncapped OTE with higher % for lower basics) Salary £20,000 - £50,000 (Dependant on past/ future planned sales achievement) Car - Impressive scheme where people can drive Range Rover or BMW's Support - The right engineers and standards to deliver the service you sell Benefits - Laptops, Phone, Car, Expenses, Holidays (as well as great earnings) Progression - Account Manage the accounts you win or build a team to do it EXPERIENCE NEEDED - Fire and Security Sales / BDM/ Account Management - You will have sold Maintenance contracts, Service Sales or Fire and Security Systems Installations Projects to businesses lo oking for your company to service their CCTV, Intruder Alarm, Fire Alarm Systems or Access Control systems. - Preferably will have National Accounts or multisite companies you know of or could bring on board in future (who like you or you know might use).
