- Power Generator rental solutions - Quality brand & highest standards of service - Engaged workforce where careers grow THE ROLE: You'd have 3 direct reports, of Sales Engineers across the UK who sell into a variety of end user sectors - including Construction, Utilities, Events, Facilities Management, Hospitals, Schools and Local Authorities. The level of sales experience in the existing salesforce is variable, and this position exists to develop the careers of the Sales Engineers and grow revenue in the business - through setting winning strategies, coaching, leading, mentoring, training as is necessary. THE CANDIDATE : It is essential that you have had direct management responsibility for a sales team and can demonstrate success in that capacity. Some kind of technical product or service association will be beneficial. You should be hardworking, resilient, tenacious and inspiring. THE COMPANY : Established for over 20 years this business has achieved year on year growth though reinvestment and sound planning, together with employing the right people for the right roles.
