As a result of significant investment into Europe our client is looking to hire an experienced Business Development Representative to find business opportunities in the EMEA region. The role will be responsible for a variety of quality lead generation activities for the company's workforce management (WFM) solutions and plays a critical role in the day- to-day sales & marketing efforts of the business Key Responsibilities: Meet or exceed your identified metrics - appointments, influenced opportunities and wins. Identify appropriate decision-makers within an organization and accurately position the business and solutions to secure quality appointments for the sales team. Master the ability to relay value and competitive advantages on the phone and in email. Maintain accurate and up to date information in the CRM system by following internal procedures for documentation. Effectively partner and collaborate with your assigned sales team. Key Requirements: Strong track record and experience in a phone based business development role. Experience working within enterprise software. An inquisitive, like to learn, want to be successful, and work smart attitude to achieve your goals. Patient, self-sufficient, have a desire for learning and are driven to succeed. Ability to work in partnership and collaboration with the sales team.
