As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and bringing on board new businesses to Peninsula. You will be selling Peninsula’s award-winning HR and Health & Safety services and much more besides. You will have the support of a dedicated telemarketing consultant and between you; you will be selling the fantastic services Peninsula have to offer. What you’ll be required to do as a Business Development Manager with Peninsula: Proactively self-sourcing new business opportunities Contacting leads and conducting face to face business meetings Achieving sales targets with a focus on over achievement Ensure high standards of professionalism and customer service, thereby creating referral and intermediary opportunities Understanding client’s needs and identifying the best solution for them The right person will have: A successful proven track record in B2B sales (industry experience no required as full training provided) Extensive experience selling face to face with new business prospects A hunger to drive and deliver on new business sales targets Experience working within a fully autonomous field-based role A mature approach to consultative selling Excellent communication, relationship building and interpersonal skills A positive attitude, with an unyielding passion for success Why join Peninsula?
