Overview
Commercial Director / Sales Director UK and Ireland. Basic £95-150k Plus package. Responsibility for the UK and Ireland UK Based - open on location Company - Well respected pharmaceutical manufacturer established over 50 years. With a focus on products used in the areas of pain management, dermatology and gastroenterology the business has well established markets in the UK, Europe and USA. Role - The Commercial Director, UK and Ireland, will be responsible for 25 people who are involved in the sales and marketing of pain management, dermatology and gastroenterology products into UK and Ireland. The role comes with overall P&L responsibility and will be targeted at achieving / exceeding specific revenue and profit objectives. A key part to the role will be to oversee / manage new product launches and drive additional revenue streams. Initially the appointed person will have revenue responsibility for circa £50 million. Applicant - •Senior level manager (Sales Director, Commercial Director etc) from within the pharmaceutical sector. •Proven rack record of developing, driving, mentoring and managing high performance sales teams within the pharmaceutical space. •Experienced in Product Launch. •Bachelors degree or equivalent in Life Science or Business Progress Sales Recruitment is a specialist sales only medical recruitment consultancy dedicated to offering client and applicants alike the highest levels of service.
