Team Manager - BPO SALARY: £25,000 - £30,000 OTE: £50,000 This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has proven experience of managing and developing a sales team in a contact centre environment. The role is to inspire, lead and grow a team in the contact centre environment. You must have the ability to make quick decisions by analysing the situation, therefore experience and a proven track record is critical to this role Lead, manage and motivate a team of advisors to provide exceptional service through telephony based communication Grow and develop the team, implementing performance reviews, coaching and development to create a culture of customer service excellence Working with team to enhance the customer experience Work with the business to enhance the customer strategy to drive the business to reach the goals of improving the customer experience Always aim to improve the current communication, keeping a well informed approach to ensure the business is providing for their customers Analyse and interpret all statistical information, presenting this to the senior stakeholders Make decisions Build relationships across the business Requirements: Proven experience of managing in a contact centre environment Experience of managing a team of advisors in a contact centre environment Impeccable communications skills Delivering results on time and to the desired standard Deliver within your management team to support and deliver the businesses growth and quality ambitions A proactive and forward thinking approach to continually improving business operations and processes A good analytical understanding of data Ability to build relationships across the business If you are interesting in the role please get in touch
