Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen to be part of a brand new team as a Team Leader within Change, Grow, Live Stockport. You will be working with people to help them change the direction of their life, grow as an individual, and live life to its full potential. You'll work with people who use our services, helping them get to where they want to be. The VIP project has expanded to do a specific piece of work with Adult Social Care - this is known as the VIP Front Door provision. The expectation is that this will create quicker accesses to relevant services for the individual, meaning that they can get access to substance misuse support immediately. We are looking for a passionate and committed individual to lead our team. Responsibilities include having operational line management of a team of staff which includes supervision (with reflective practice), appraisal, performance and sickness management. As well as ensuring staff follow Change Grow Live policies and they may carry a small caseload. The successful candidate will be expected to work flexibly within an agreed number of hours to maintain the appropriate level of service delivery and you be required to work over a number of bases within Stockport as per service need.
