Overview
We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company. You will be managing a high-volume site taking approx. £80k net a week. Leading a strong management team who will take the lead of the operations. This role is about the details, mentoring your management team and empowering your people to deliver the best possible service and ensure success. You will lead by example and be strategic approach to business. This is about the bigger picture and viewing different business opportunities and make sure the detail is right. Our client likes candidates from a QUALITY branded operation – structure, process and procedures are essential with this role and a great background in training. We are looking for stand out operators, you will come from a High-volume quality led background as a GM or Operations Management position.
