Overview
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our people team and help improve the effectiveness, impact and diversity of our people. The HR Business Partner will work in partnership with key stakeholders to shape, develop and deliver the business plans in line with the priorities of the Finance and Operations Directorate. Operating as a HR expert, the HR Business Partner will provide high level people management and development support across the organisation. With a solid background in HR, you will play a key role in supporting the implementation of our people strategy, maximising impact through coaching and alignment of policies and guidance.
