It may be that you are a pro and looking for a change. Or it could be that you are an internal recruiter and now looking to step into a 360 sales role. Or it could simply be that you have no experience at all but have always fancied the recruitment world.Whatever the reason may be, we would be interested in hearing from you In our small but high performing office in Luton, the specialisms are thriving, and we are looking to add more From Facilities management to social housing and from Construction to architecture we have opportunities for Recruitment Consultants at all levels. Your new Role Your main role will be to manage the end to end recruitment process as well as winning new clients and nurturing existing relationships. You will be responsible for candidate attraction, advertising jobs, interviewing candidates, business development and compliance. What we need from you Thrive working in our high performance corporate sales environment Have excellent interpersonal skills Inquisitive nature and thirst for knowledge Be ambitious and want to progress your career quickly Have excellent attention to detail You MUST however be a driver and have your own transport.
