Kinetic Recruitment have an exciting opportunity for an experienced, motivated and results driven 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our Luton branch. Kinetic as a brand has an established record within the Logistic arena, we are looking for talented Recruitment Consultants to join us to promote and grow our presence within this busy sector. We are looking for a 360 recruiter who has a historic record within business growth and development. You will be targeted to build on a already warm desk, ensuring that you are proactive and diligent to build growth. The ideal Recruitment Consultant will have; 2 years Recruitment experience Sales focused Competitive Resilient Personable Money motivated Established client relationships The Recruitment Consultant role will involve; Building on new and already established client relationships Business development Candidate pool building and management Headhunting Recruitment Consultant Perks; Basic salary up to 30K (dependent upon experience) Transparent commission structure Frozen desk cost for 3 months 28 days Holiday entitlement (Including Bank holidays) Additional Birthday off Flexible working hours Contact Kinetic Recruitment for further information regarding the role of Recruitment Consultant.
