Recruiter, Recruitment, Sales, Business Development, Luton, We are currently looking for a dynamic and driven individual to join our small and friendly Luton office. Located only a short train journey away from the vibrant city of London, this a great place to work. As the new consultant for either Property and Surveying, Facilities Management or Accountancy and Finance, you will be finding candidates who can help make a real difference to an organisation. We have opened this opportunity to all levels so whether you are a complete beginner with little or no experience or a pro looking for a change, we would love to hear from you Your main role will be to manage the end to end recruitment process as well as winning new clients and nurturing existing relationships. You will be responsible for candidate attraction, advertising jobs, interviewing candidates, business development and compliance. This is a sales and target focused role which will require you to be resilient and proactive.
