Overview
POST is working with a well-established training provider based in Stockport, who are currently looking to expand their sales team. To support with the businesses’ growth plans, they are looking to take on an experienced Business Development Executive that can proactively develop new business opportunities, whether that be re-engaging with lapsed clients or educating brand new customers on their offering. Key Responsibilities - Proactively making calls and building new business pipelines Develop new client relationships and new business over the phone Develop and maintain a client target database in line with company targets Work closely with internal teams and managers to ensure that business objectives are being met To develop and demonstrate strong product knowledge to clients To ensure database records are updated, accurate and comprehensive for all contacts made To provide activity reports to management when requested Achieve and exceed monthly targets What you’ll need - A minimum of 2 years outbound B2B telesales experience A positive self-starter with an excellent telephone manner who has an ability to develop business relationships through verbal communication Track record of achieving results in a target-driven sales environment Professional, personable and approachable Be flexible with the ability to work around changing business needs The Offer - Our client is offering a basic salary of up to £25,000 DOE, plus an OTE of £6k. The role is office hours working Monday to Friday, 9-5. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has built up some good experience in telesales, potentially looking to take that next step up.
