This role is a corker, and there's no doubt we're looking for someone special. You'll build, manage and lead a diverse team of three to deliver audience-focused insight using a wide range of data and analysis, including marketing and performance data, CRM data and more. But you're as excited by spreadsheets and analysis as you are interviews and ethnography, with a brilliant grasp of methodologies that help us divine the essence of what motivates people to get behind a cause as important as ours.You're an inspiring leader and a joy to work with, developing skills and capabilities in your team, your peers and across the organisation as we become strategically and culturally driven by data and evidence. You're emotionally intelligent, creative and highly collaborative in the way you work with colleagues. We're all about people and for us, audience comes first.
