Sales Manager £45000 commission benefits Randstad are currently working in partnership with a global training leader based in West Herts to add to their already successful Sales team. They are seeking a driven, motivated and ambitious Sales Manager to lead and grow an experienced and well established sales team within their office. This dynamic individual will be responsible for driving forward the sales of this global business, winning new accounts, maintaining current clients/customers and expanding the current team. This strategic role would suit someone with a background in education, recruitment, sales or the social care sector. Key responsibilities of the Sales Manger will include: Responsible for an ambitious annual budget Integrating two business lines Maintaining and building key business relationships Develop and build pipelines with the current sales team Completing relevant research around the Education industry and instructing marketing to create suitable materials to help win business Solution selling to achieve sales growth Transactional selling to help win new business The ideal Sales Manager will possess the following attributes/skills: Regular travel between UK sites Proven track record of managing a successful sales team Proven track record of winning new business Able to recruit and retain new sales staff Excellent communication skills A background in Education is mandatory Must be a driver This is an attractive opportunity for a Sales Manager at an exciting time for an expanding international business.
