Our client a small independent Estate Agent is looking to expand its business and open new offices in the very near future. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is already a Senior Sales Negotiator that wants to be on a fast track plan to a management role. The successful candidate will ideally have experience in both sales and lettings although sales will be the most important for this particular role. The Kings Langley branch currently has a staff of 4 so they are looking to expand on that. They offer great career progression with brilliant on going training and a fantastic working environment. You will need to hold a full UK driving licence and be a car owner, a very generous company car allowance is being offered.
