Overview

Salesforce Administrator Do you have a passion for customer success and a love for technology? Think you could develop, grow and succeed in a 21st-century work environment for a fast-growing, international company? How we all work is changing. The days of rushing to a designated building, five days a week, eight hours a day, are dwindling. The gig economy, technology and flexible working are transforming how we do our jobs. IT developers in Poland work on systems in California. Freelancers choose to earn money around their lifestyles. CXC Global is leading the way in this revolution, and you could be part of it. About us We were established in Australia in 1992 to help companies manage their global contractor population. As the world of work gets more complicated, we're there to make it easy for our clients.CXC has been a huge success to date, expanding to offices in the Americas, Europe, Asia and Australia. The continued diversification of the global workforce and the ability to manage it provides huge opportunities for our future. About the job We are developing a new global platform using Salesforce to help us run our business more efficiently and effectively. Ideally, you'll already be a Salesforce admin, but if you have a good working knowledge of Salesforce and a passion for customer success, technology and supporting an international team, you could go far in this role. We will help you achieve the Salesforce Administrator Certification in your first 15 months if you haven't already done so. However, it's not just about utilising the software; you'll have to be able to successfully work independently with other people, internally and externally, across the world. You'll need to embrace everything related to CXC's Salesforce system, to become an expert on how our products and technologies can help our people do their jobs better. We would expect you to have 2 years’ experience with Salesforce. As the EMEA representative, you’ll assist with the migration from old systems, providing various dashboards, metrics and reports to different departments. In addition, you’ll keep on top of new features, tools and updates and relay the info to the people who need to know, in a concise manner. You'll be reporting into the FD in Dublin. However, you won't be expected to be office based; most of your work will be carried out from home. One of the most interesting challenges of working for CXC is having the maturity to manage your workload and communicate effectively with people in different time-zones across the planet, whether that is via email, chat or video. However, you'll never feel like you're on your own; we have a truly collaborative and supportive culture. What you’ll get in return At a basic level, you’ll be provided with a new laptop and mobile phone to give you the tools you require to carry out your job. We will also provide you with a health and well-being allowance and access to an Employee Assistance programme, not to mention generous annual holiday leave. But what might set you apart from your friends is the freedom and autonomy you will get working with CXC. Of course, there might be a video conference early in the morning, late at night, or at the weekend, but if you want to make use of the quiet gym time or head to the shops when there are fewer people, you have the flexibility to do so. Although most of our staff work apart physically, everyone feels part of the CXC family. Our biggest strength is our people. We love what we do. We meet in person, as a team, at least once a quarter to socialise, have fun and learn where the company is headed. We are a young company experiencing rapid growth and change. The opportunities for your personal growth & development are boundless, as long as you have the drive and commitment to deliver first-class results every time. This type of work environment will not suit anyone looking for a comfortable job and an easy life. Instead, if you have a passion for people and technology and want to work really hard with like-minded people who like a laugh, you will love this job and our company.
