Placing 4th in the Sunday Times Top 100 Companies to work for in 2019 and placing 2nd in the Best Companies to work for in the South East 2019 Due to rapid growth we have an exciting opportunity for a Resourcer/Account Manager to join our Manufacturing division. You will be responsible for resourcing candidates from multiple sources and will play a vital part in telephone interviewing candidates, lead generating, preparing CV's to be sent to live vacancies, liaising with both candidates and clients to arrange interviews and dealing with offer management. This role will offer the progression path to become an Account Manager. You will be working alongside a Senior Consultant whilst working with a high achieving, fun and vibrant team. This role will allow you to work on a variety of HOT live roles across both contract and permanent vacancies and will give you the opportunity to make money from day one We are offering comprehensive training and support as you will join our Training Academy where we will mentor and coach you from day one of your career. You will receive full training on how to find the perfect candidate for your position and learn about the whole life cycle of recruitment. Our recruitment training is bespoke, and we have two dedicated In-house Trainers who will be on hand to support you throughout your career with Orion.
