Well-established company Industrial sector Mix of New Business and Account Management The Role: Selling a range of specialist industrial lubricants for metal cutting applications into the manufacturing, engineering and industrial sectors. This role is split evenly between new business and existing accounts, selling into both big blue chips and SME's. With a varied route to market the contact level varies from engineers, to procurement managers to owners/MDs. This is a home-based field sales role, covering the East Midlands, Bedfordshire and Cambridgeshire. The Company : A leading manufacturer of industrial lubricants for engineering and automotive industries. Our client is a well-established organisation with strong roots in the UK market. They are now looking to add a BDM to manage a portfolio of existing clients and develop new business opportunities. For this Business Development Manager position, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria: Field sales experience and a proven track record of winning new business Experience selling to industrial end-users, manufacturers etc. Career motivated individual Benefits of this Business Development Manager role: £40,000 - £45,000 Basic Salary OTE £4,000 year one (uncapped) - £20,000 is achievable in year two and three onwards Fully Expensed Company Car or Car Allowance Laptop, Mobile, Pension, Healthcare, 23 Days Holidays Stats.
