Overview

We are looking for a passionate and driven individual to join one of our Nottingham based clients on a full-time permanent basis. This is a business to business role, where you will be liaising with high level decision makers in large corporations and securing meetings for our clients Account Managers. Our client offer a great working environment alongside some fantastic benefits. Basic salary 22-23k commission. Business Development Executive - The Role: Making outbound calls to new clients with the aim of booking a meeting for the Account Manager Using effective client research techniques to gather commercial intelligence Consistently meeting KPIs in relation to performance Managing your own pipeline of activity Communicating information with internal teams Business Development Executive - The Candidate: B2B outbound calling experience The ability to connect with and speak to high-level decisionmakers A consultative approach to sales Proven ability to meet sales targets and generate leads A background in technology/creative/solutions sales is extremely beneficial, but not essential.
