Overview
Our thriving and successful Estate Agency client is seeking a Senior Sales Branch Manager to join their friendly team based in one of their busy Gloucester branches. Due to continued growth, the client is looking for an exceptional salesperson to manage the Residential Sales team. You must have experience within residential sales in order to be considered. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record within property sales, be enthusiastic, confident and the desire to go the extra mile. Key Responsibilities; - Manage the residential sales team - Set targets - Negotiate house sales - Carry out valuations of property - Ad hoc administration tasks - Liaise with purchasers, vendors, solicitors, mortgage brokers, surveyors and all other parties involved in the house buying process as and when required - Operate within the appropriate laws, regulations and company policies Salary; 25k plus a great commission structure, bonus and company car Hours; Monday to Friday 9am - 7pm and every other Saturday 9am - 5.30pm
