Sales Manager Location: Reading, UK Starting immediately, a leading global high tech manufacturer is looking for a Sales Manager to help develop their new UK operation, as they expand throughout Europe. The Company, an international manufacturer dedicated to the supply of industrial laser solutions, is specialized in the research and development, production and marketing of CO2 and Fibre laser equipment, including Laser Engraving, Cutting and Marking Machines. They sell to more than 100 countries. The company’s R&D centre is located in Switzerland and EMEA head office is in Frankfurt. The company is expanding regionally in Europe, the Middle East and Africa due to strong increases in business and sales. There is a huge demand for my client's equipment locally and they are in serious need of market proven sales and business development professionals hungry to take advantage of this opportunity. Job Summary High Tech company which develops and manufactures production solutions for its customers in the manufacturing sector on Machine Tools and Laser Technology/Electronics. Able to set up goals, frame action plans, assign, direct and supervise the work of Sales Representatives and achieve the sales targets within the UK region. Assist to develop and create a regional strategy for business growth, understand and analyze regional trends. Leverage and share the knowledge and experiences internally within the UK region. Frequent local and regional job-related travel Qualifications, Skills and Experience Bachelor's degree, preferably in mechanical, electrical, industrial engineering or can be sales and marketing related majors 5 - 8 years machine tool or machinery sales experience, including 35 years’ experience in team management Experience in Business Development and Sales of Manufacturing Production Solutions Distinct management abilities to succeed in a dynamic and challenging environment Excellent English language skills in speaking and writing, communication and collaboration skills Full, clean driving license Thermal CNC Cutting Machinery sales experience a major bonus Salary: Competitive salary, Sales Commission and Key Performance Index Bonus Reference: GGP152
