Overview

huumun is looking for a project manager to join our team in our Bracknell office. This person will ensure projects are planned, tracked and managed effectively so they are delivered and meet client expectations in regard to agreed timescales, quality and budgets. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent time-management and problem-solving abilities who thrives in fast-paced environments. RESPONSIBILITIES: Create estimates from delivery teams and create plans for projects with budgets c.£10k-£100K Management of scope change and impact on project budget, resourcing and timelines. Ensure project resources adhere to delivery process Leading and documenting project status meetings with internal and external project stakeholders. Support from Senior PM's / Account Directors provided as required. Ensure project requirements are gathered and clearly documented and agreed with clients Ensure meeting notes and actions are issued within 48 hours of any meetings Supporting the Commercial Team with SoW production Adherence to the pharmaceutical ABPI Code of Practice and client specific codes of practice Seek opportunities for Continuous Service Improvement across project delivery and be pro-active in making suggestions to improve ways of working, both internally and with clients PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES: Represent the company's brand and values at all times Be a team player and prepared to do whatever it takes to add value and ensure successful project delivery within the company's values and operating framework Demonstrate a creative approach to digital solutions and problem solving Ensure effective, accurate communication amongst project delivery teams and with clients QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE APPLICABLE TO THIS ROLE: Required: Demonstrable knowledge and experience of delivering digital projects effectively using recognisable project management methodologies and processes Strong self-organisation, workload planning and reporting skills Expertise and ability to educate and inspire clients with possibilities and capabilities of digital to solve their business problems Ability to multitask and deliver within a high-pressure environment Excellent interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills Confident with client engagement Awareness of best practices for User Experience (UX), Information Architecture (IA) and User Interface (UI) design Intermediate MS Office suite skills, including MS Project Desirable: Degree in Marketing, Business, Project Management or related discipline Project management certifications, such as those from PMI (Project Management Institute), Agile, PRINCE2 or APMP (APM Project Management Qualification) Previous digital agency and / or pharmaceutical experience Working knowledge of JIRA Here at huumun, we believe in the power of the human touch in every technology.
