Overview
Elevation Recruitment Group are currently working with a bespoke engineering company who are looking for a Business Development Manager with experience of creative, solutions driven engineering sales. The business have an exceptional capability to design bespoke manufacturing solutions. Their products are used in a very wide variety of applications within manufacturing. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for: - Generating sales through a consultative approach to business development - Creating engineering solutions that drive efficiencies for client and value added business wins - Managing accounts with existing customers and developing new business growth - Supporting the wider business with the delivery and development of sales and marketing The Business Development Manager will need: - Significant sales experienced in an engineering/manufacturing environment - An in depth knowledge of the latest manufacturing techniques and automation - The ability to communicate and understand technical engineering solutions - To be a driven sales professional who is passionate about engineering, manufacturing and delivering creative solutions Elevation Engineering & Manufacturing is a specialist division within Elevation Recruitment Group, specialising in the recruitment of Senior Projects, Design, Engineering positions Yorkshire and the surrounding regions.
