Overview
Adecco have a fantastic opportunity to join a company based in Newbury. Our client is looking for an Account Manager (Non-sales) to join the team on a permanent basis. The role is working Monday - Friday, 9am - 5:30pm and is offering a salary of £25,000 - £28,000, dependant on experience. Duties include: Manage customer accounts Ensure order books, stock levels and price lists are accurate Respond to and follow-up sales enquiries Ensure that all sales administration is completed in a timely manner Review key performance indicators Attend internal and external customer meetings and qualify new business opportunities Liaise with the external sales account managers and customers Liaise internally in order to resolve issues with both customers and suppliers Candidates will ideally have/be: Experience in client interaction, customer service, account management or buying Willingness to learn Able to take responsibility for own clients Ability to learn new products Do you have experience in a similar role and all the relevant skills?
