We are recruiting for Account Managers to join a successful and well established business locally in Telford. If you are self-motivated, an excellent communicator and able to demonstrate a good understanding of sales methodologies then please apply now The Job Role: - Manage current accounts, delivering excellent customer service. - Developing and working to strategic account plans to protect and grow business from a portfolio of existing customers. - Develop and close sale deals over the phone. - Forecast and deliver against revenue targets. - Maintaining a focus on the effectiveness and quality of sales activity, as well as quantity. - Using the CRM system to record and manage all customer opportunities. - Managing 750-1000 customers. - Working to targets of 42 successful sales calls per day. Experience/ Requirements: - Excellent communication skills. - Able to easily build a rapport with customers. - Able to spot opportunities and convert these into sales. - A good understanding of sales methodologies. The Package: A permanent position with a basic salary of £17,000- £18,500 with an achievable commission structure Excellent career prospects. 28 days annual leave (including statutory holidays) Free Parking
