The company was established over 70 years ago and are well-known and respected for their high-quality products and superior levels of service. You will be responsible for: Managing an established account base of customers · Generating new business and identifying opportunity to grow existing accounts Managing your own diary Achieving operational targets, budgets and KPI's Territory management Building relationships with decision makers The ideal candidate will: Have a minimum of 3 years' B2B Field Sales experience Have a successful sales background Live within the areas of - LL, CW, WA, L, CH Experience within the construction industry would be ideal but not essential Proven track record of winning new business and exceeding targets Strong persuasive and negotiation skills Entrepreneurial spirit As my client is open to considering candidates outside of the hire industry, a full, comprehensive training scheme has been put in place to ensure you are highly knowledgeable with the product range and services they provide.
