Company Snapshot: A small but growing privately owned technology company with sustained organic growth Two decades of establishing a professional and ethical reputation in the competitive market Silver Microsoft Partner and strategic alliances with leading technology manufacturers The Role: Identifying industry trends and business opportunities to stay ahead of competition Generating leads and establishing a network of clients and sales prospects Evaluating customer requirements and demonstrating sound product knowledge to present the most suitable solution Offering continuous account management to build sustainable relationships, offer demonstrations and identify key upsell opportunities Proactively research organisations and establishing a rapport with clients in order to generate new business Continually improve your IT and product knowledge through ongoing personal development About You: Credible track record for generating new business and exceeding targets in the IT / software / technology sector A motivated sales professional with sound technical product knowledge and an aptitude to convert prospects into key customers Excellent communication skills with the ability to easily build long-lasting professional relationships with clients Driven with a strong work ethic to ensure personal sales targets are consistently achieved The Package: Basic salary of circa £40,000 DOE Uncapped commission (OTE £70,000) and bonus scheme Flexible work hours and working from home Training and development opportunities Paid corporate and social events throughout the year If this isn't quite right, we are recruiting for plenty of other sales, account management and customer success opportunities across the East of England.
