Job Role: Business Manager – Accountancy and Procurement & Supply Chain Company: Reed Specialist Recruitment Location: REED Coventry - 3rd Floor Front, Sun Alliance House, Little Park Street, Coventry, CV1 2JZ Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 per annum dependent on experience, plus £2,000 car allowance, plus excellent bonus earning potential Contract: Full Time and Permanent What is the role? As a Business Manager you will run a successful recruitment desk, leading from the front to motivate and inspire a small specialist team including two experienced and highly successful Consultants, plus a newer Consultant who has already demonstrated successful billing. You will demonstrate expertise as a recruiter in your own specialist market and act as an example to your team in candidate and client facing activities as set out in the Consultants role profile. You will lead from the front and take responsibility for the branch’s profit and loss whilst recruiting, retaining and developing a team of successful Consultants to be the best that they can be.
