Overview
Operations Manager 60-75k Manage the day to day operation and all aspect of the depot which currently turns over £250k/300k per month, quickly on target for 500k a month. Manage own hire orders Manage rehire orders/ suppliers Manage order flows to strict KPI Demonstrate commercial flair and show ability to be able to grow 5 revenue streams (Hire, Sales, Transport, Damages, Losses) Work in a team with other depot managers - help where applicable - Can operate as a team player treating their own business as one with other locations Control stock Demonstrate cost efficiencies Demonstrate forward thinking solutions Motivational See’s the world through our customers eyes Ideal candidate Current hire manager/ operations manager Able to work long hours (5 days a week) Wide product knowledge Wide knowledge of suppliers Hungry and unforgiving on customer service Unwilling to compromise on customer service
