Operations Co-ordinator - Republic of Ireland and Gibraltar Location: Reading (Travel required) Salary: £25,000 per annum plus benefits Hours: Full-Time (basic hours are 9.00 a.m. to 5.30 p.m) UTP Merchant Services Limited and its sister company Faster Processing Limited are two of the fastest growing, innovative fintech organisations in the UK. With a customer base of over 20,000 customers, approximately £1.5 billion is processed across UTP's estate of credit card machines each year with many hundreds of new customers being added on a monthly basis. The Operations Co-ordinator Role: Reporting into the Operations Manager, the Operations Co-ordinator will be responsible for ensuring all matters relating to UTP's operation in the Republic of Ireland and Gibraltar are running smoothly and will be the main point of contact for queries relating to these territories. Duties and Responsibilities include: * Responsible for monitoring the Company's service delivery in relation to customers operating in the Republic of Ireland and Gibraltar; * Liaising with Helpdesk Supervisors and Second Line Support regarding any technical and customer service issues within these territories; * Liaising with the New Customer Supervisor regarding any Onboarding issues and/or delays for with new customer applications within these territories; * Liaising with the Finance Team regarding commission and credit control matters; * Liaising with the Logistics manager regarding couriers, stock requirements and stock forecasts; * Liaising with the Marketing manager regarding marketing plans for these territories; * Rapidly develop a thorough understanding of the payments industry and the market sector we operate within; * Quickly develop knowledge of our core products. Requirements for the Operations Co-ordinator Role * Excellent verbal and written skills; * Exceptional organisational skills; * High attention to detail and an excellent degree of accuracy with the ability to pick up on avoidable errors; * A positive outlook with proactive problem-solving skills; * High energy with the ability to multi-task and prioritise as appropriate; * Living within a reasonable commute of Reading.
