Telesales Professional Location: Uxbridge, Middlesex, UB8 Salary: £30k pa - £60k OTE, Uncapped Contract: Full time, Permanent Hours: Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm At QCS we are well equipped for all employees to work remotely. Our systems are Cloud based allowing us, in normal conditions, to provide our Teams with Everyday Flex and therefore the transition to 100% remote working was seamless. We have taken our recruitment process online with video interviews and online assessments. The onboarding process is also managed remotely, including the provision of software and hardware. In Telesales at Quality Compliance Systems (QCS) you will be selling our software to the Care sector including GP's, Dentists, Care Homes and Domiciliary Care Agencies. Our compliance management system maintains a clear market leading position in the UK Care sector with ambitious plans for continued growth. Telesales professional at QCS: Is an extravert with a warm, enthusiastic, empathetic and stimulating communication style. Can demonstrate their experience of "selling" rather than "telling". Has a sincere appreciation for people and how they are each uniquely motivated and they demonstrated this in their consultative selling style. Is motivated by and responds positively to pressure. Is committed to results. Is driven to get things done. Is likeable. Plays for the Team. Key Accountabilities of our Telesales Team: Achieve agreed sales revenue targets and outcome. Achieve agreed productivity targets e.g. calls made, trials activated. Achieve agreed telesales call statistics KPIs e.g. answered call rate, abandon rate. Ensure that all inbound and outbound sales leads are professionally followed up in line with defined QCS processes. Proactively generate new leads through encouraging existing prospects and customers to refer new potential customers.
