Sales Team Manager (Inside Sales) Location: Reading Salary: £35-40k basic, OTE £50-60k uncapped Hours: Monday to Friday office hours, with availability on Saturdays Job type: Permanent A rare opportunity has arisen to join an established but fast-growing organisation to oversee our three fantastic sales teams. Responsibilities of the Sales Team Manager: Reporting to the CEO and COO, the Sales Team Manager will be responsible for driving sales performance over three teams, spanning both B2B and B2C. We have some fantastic people who are delivering some great numbers, and you will be coaching and managing them to deliver even better ones. The number of people in the team is currently 20-25, however this will grow swiftly, and you will be key to ensuring we have the right people in the right place at the right time. You will also be responsible for resource planning, data management, compliance, escalations and all day to day running of the sales floor in a contact centre environment. Requirements of the Sales Team Manager: Experience in the automotive industry is not required.
