The role We are looking for enthusiastic and ambitious Graduates who want an office based career which involves telephone work and customer service. You don't need to have any previous experience as you will receive full training as a Graduate Recruiter, but you must have very good communication skills and a determination to succeed and to earn money. The work centres around building relationships with customers on the telephone and you will be resourcing and screening candidates, as well as arranging interviews and starts for a wide variety of vacancies. About you You should be a recent graduate or graduating in 2020 from any degree course and you will be looking for a role that provides excellent opportunities for career progression. You will be ambitious, passionate and driven. In addition to your degree, you will have an excellent telephone manner and a competitive personality, together with the desire to earn as much as you can.
