To do that we need great people who share our vision and motivation. About you. We're looking for a Lead Product Manager to join the growing Product team at Mo. You will help shape the product strategy, putting the customer at the heart of product development. Reporting into our VP Product, you will work alongside Product Design and our Engineering team, with close cross-functional involvement from Customer Success. You are someone who is passionate about solving complex customer problems, with a clear focus on the user/customer experience. The idea of impacting the daily working lives of thousands of people is exciting and filled with opportunity. Details of the role: * Input into the product vision, strategy and roadmap * Represent the customer and their needs to stakeholders and teams across the company. * Develop epics, stories and documentation for product development. * Define and track KPIs to validate experiments & releases, and to articulate the opportunity of a feature or initiative * Manage and prioritise your teams' backlog and sprints, leading the way in finding creative solutions to solve problems and uncovering opportunities for new features. * Work with Design to create functional and delightful user experiences * Mentor fellow PMs, with a possible view to manage * Be the voice of our users, analyse their needs appropriately for the problem at hand * Work with user research to conduct customer research (focus groups, * Demonstrate new features, bring personas to life and be comfortable explaining the choices made when decisions are not always popular * Work cross-functionally across the organisation, ensuring that everyone knows what your team is doing and how they can help * Be the go-to guide on the Mo feature sets - expected behaviour, meaningful insights, and possible improvements to make next Requirements The below is to give you a sense of what we're generally looking for.
