Opportunity to build a practice - International firm We are working closely with a truly leading international firm, who are looking for an experienced Real Estate Finance Associate to join their highly regarded team. This is a unique opportunity where an Associate can build a business case over the coming years by leveraging off existing relationships, as well as lots of business development to build more. A personable and dynamic Partner, who is a leader within this space, is looking for someone to work closely with them to build out their international offering even further. Due to succession planning within the wider Real Estate team, there is a genuine opportunity for the person joining to build a case and progress their career. There is also no block of Seniors in the Real Estate Finance team. There is a resource from the wider Banking team, where all Associates do Real Estate Finance work - however none of them at present predominantly focus on Real Estate Finance. There is also an opportunity for this person joining to get exposure to some Sports Finance work, if this is of interest. This is a prime opportunity for an ambitious, personable and client-facing individual, to join this thriving team and make the role their own, whilst working alongside a leader in this field. We have placed numerous people with this client into this team and personality fit is key for this client. They have a great work/life balance, quality work and clients and an environment where people thrive.
