Assistant Rights of Light, Sunlight and Daylight Surveying, AutoCAD, 3D Modelling, Permanent vacancy, £35,000 Your new company A Property Consultancy, based in West London, offering neighbourly matters and complex construction services covering all of the major cities in the UK. My client is an ambitious and collaborative organisation who provide a quality and personal approach to all of their key clients. Your new role You will work alongside Architects and Surveyors, supporting their Neighbourly Matters team. The role principally involves the production of 3D solid AutoCAD models for daylight and sunlight assessment, and the analysis of these models within the AutoCAD environment using bolt-on software. You will also assist the current Associate Director in writing reports, attending site visits and help manage client relationships. What you'll need to succeed You will possess the ability to carry out professional work to a high standard with limited supervision alongside a desire to influence and develop innovative solutions to enhance daylight in buildings. You will be incredibly competent with AutoCAD and 3D Modelling, and also have a good working knowledge of Revit. What you'll get in return You be rewarded with a competitive salary up to £35,000.
